I am currently sitting at home recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction this morning. From the very start Dr Moskal’s staff eased my nerves. The whole office signed their names at the bottom of my prescription form, so nice! Carol is so kind and does an amazing job at making someone with nerves feel comfortable. From chatting to offering to put on whatever music I’d like, it was far less stressful than I anticipated. Dr. Moskal is so kind. He truly wants to make sure every patient feels heard and respected. I cannot say enough good things about how nice and empathetic he is. He even texted me a couple hours after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay, along with sharing a couple pics of his adorable dog! Talk about top notch care! I also had a wonderful experience with Dr Cottrell when my son had trauma to his front teeth. He was incredibly nice and made us feel calm during a time of distress. Overall, everyone in the office are exactly the type of people who show up for the right reasons, and genuinely care to make every patient experience positive.

After calling 5 different Oral Surgeons and 1 HVAC tech (by mistake), I finally called Franklin Oral Surgery. They were able to get me in next day and after a well informed consultation they went ahead and removed my tooth. The process was really great and I am always nervous through dental procedures, but they talked me through every step and I am very happy with it. Thank you for taking care of my pain. My daughter needed to have four impacted wisdom teeth extracted. I began my search to find a good dentist. I was about to give up, when I found reviews on Dr. Moskal DMD, which highly recommended him. I decided to call and make the appointment. I mostly spoke to Kathleen. She was very attentive to any question I had. Anytime I would call, she was kind and helpful. After our first visit, I was confident in the quality of service we would receive. The office was neat and clean, very important, especially with COVID-19. The staff was also very respectful and kind. Dr. Moskal gave his attention to the care and well-being of Alicia, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with going through with the surgery under his care. The day of surgery was a bit nerve racking for my daughter, but on arrival the staff made every effort to help her relax, playing her favorite music as she prepared for surgery. I wasn't able to be in the room with her, but I reassured her she was in good hands. Forty-five minutes later, I received the call she was in recovery and doing good. We were set to go home, when the staff gave Alicia a small container of ice cream and a note with warm thoughts for her fast recovery. A follow-up call was also made later that day checking in on how she was doing! I was impressed with the whole process! Alicia had a very good recovery with not much swelling or pain all thanks to the instructions that tremendously helped with preparing for surgery and for the after care. I would highly recommend for any dental care!
