I am currently sitting at home recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction this morning. From the very start Dr Moskal’s staff eased my nerves. The whole office signed their names at the bottom of my prescription form, so nice! Carol is so kind and does an amazing job at making someone with nerves feel comfortable. From chatting to offering to put on whatever music I’d like, it was far less stressful than I anticipated. Dr. Moskal is so kind. He truly wants to make sure every patient feels heard and respected. I cannot say enough good things about how nice and empathetic he is. He even texted me a couple hours after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay, along with sharing a couple pics of his adorable dog! Talk about top notch care! I also had a wonderful experience with Dr Cottrell when my son had trauma to his front teeth. He was incredibly nice and made us feel calm during a time of distress. Overall, everyone in the office are exactly the type of people who show up for the right reasons, and genuinely care to make every patient experience positive.

After calling 5 different Oral Surgeons and 1 HVAC tech (by mistake), I finally called Franklin Oral Surgery. They were able to get me in next day and after a well informed consultation they went ahead and removed my tooth. The process was really great and I am always nervous through dental procedures, but they talked me through every step and I am very happy with it. Thank you for taking care of my pain.
