When I was told by my dentist that I needed to have an oral surgeon check my wisdom teeth at my age (57) I was surprised to say the least. I knew my son in laws mother, Nancy works for Franklin Center for Oral Surgery In Franklin MA and she had always spoken highly of her peers and employer. This location is not close to me, but I am a firm believer in having faith in care providers with solid reputations and good references. My experience with Franklin Center for Oral Surgery’s staff and with Dr Moskal was excellent. Keri was very personal and efficient upon checking in and managing Covid protocols. The first impression on any new experience is important to me and she was helpful and informative. Carol brought me to the exam room verifying and obtaining my information as well as taking my vitals. Once more- personal, efficient and knowledge as she had my x-ray on a computer screen when I entered the room and she provided me with a brief explanation of the details of my x-ray prior to seeing the doctor. Dr Moskal was great! He was extremely personable and down to earth. He explained everything in plain, easy to understand language and answered all of my questions. As luck would have it I was not a candidate for oral surgery at that time. He went over maintenance protocols specific to my condition and provided me with all the what if’s and maybes for my future. I would certainly return to his care in the future and would recommend Dr Moskal and his staff to anyone in need of oral surgery. Also, this review was not positive because of my relationship to the office I was just fortunate that Nancy works for such a great place and she was spot on!

As an elementary school kid I had 4 teeth removed at once by Dr. Moskal and then went back in high school/college because I had to have my top and bottom wisdom teeth removed separately. Dr. Moskal did an amazing job and his staff were very kind and patient. I mean I went back three times so they clearly do a great job! I wouldn’t go to anyone else but them for oral surgery.

I did a lot of waiting and searching to find this oral surgeons office because I wanted to make sure I was in the best hands! I was very nervous to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out because I have never had surgery and am 28. I was very happy I did the IV anesthesia. The assistants and Dr. Moskal were very helpful and informative during the consultation, they provide the best overview and pre-procedure & post-procedure tips. The office is sparkling clean, organized, and clear fresh space. During your procedure, you can even choose your own music from the speaker so I did Tibetan Bowl Meditation/Energy Healing. Also have felt very safe there during COVID. After having my surgery today, (which went so smooth!) I am just resting and ready to recover within a few days. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the exceptional care and highly skilled professionals at this office!!

All three of my boys had Dr. Moskal remove their wisdom teeth and it could not have gone better for them. Most of their teeth were impacted but the procedures went extremely well, the healing was very smooth and Dr. Moskal showed genuine care before and after the surgeries. I would highly recommend him with no hesitation whatsoever.
